UK inbound numbers at scale. Delivered to your platform.
For call-tracking platforms, DNI providers, virtual receptionist services and number-pool resellers. £999/month for 5,000 UK numbers, delivered to your SIP endpoint or IP gateway, inbound only. We provision your block manually when you sign up — point every number at your kit, hand you the live list. Geographic and 03 inbound is free; 0800/0808 inbound is passed through at the BT Wholesale origination rate, at cost. A REST API is included for ongoing changes if you want it.
5,000 numbers included.
UK geographic, 03 and 0800 numbers allocated fresh from our directly-held Ofcom ranges. Use them as you need; ask us for more when you outgrow 5,000.
Need more? Ring us — bulk pricing scales further.
We provision the pool manually.
When your account opens we add the 5,000 numbers to our backend, point them all at your gateway IP, and hand you the live list. Zero integration required — most platforms are taking inbound calls the same working day.
A REST API is included for ongoing allocation, release and routing changes — see the API tab below.
SIP delivery, your endpoint.
Inbound calls land on a SIP trunk pointed at your platform — IP-anchored to your gateway or registered with credentials. UDP, TCP or TLS. We support whatever you support.
No per-channel licence fees. Scale concurrent calls with your traffic.
Inbound only. Deliberately.
No outbound calling on this product. That's not a feature gap — it's the whole reason we can offer wholesale at this price. No fraud writeoffs, no toll abuse, no junk-call concerns.
Pure inbound delivery to your platform. You handle the customer relationship and the outbound side.
Apply first — we'll review and confirm fit, then take the £999 first-month payment by card. Ongoing service moves to Direct Debit / BACS after onboarding. 30-day no-questions refund.

If you run a platform that needs UK numbers at scale.
Wholesale Membership exists for businesses that resell or embed UK telephony as part of a wider product. You handle the customer relationship; we provide the numbers and the inbound delivery.
- Call-tracking platformsDNI services that need pools of numbers per customer — CallRail-style services, white-label tracking, marketing-attribution stacks.
- Virtual receptionist servicesAnswering services that allocate a UK number per client and route inbound calls to live operators.
- Number-pool resellersBusinesses bundling UK numbers with their own platform — CRMs, marketing software, white-label telco wrappers.
- Survey and research firmsInbound research lines that need dedicated UK numbers per campaign or per panel.
- Compliance-archived servicesRegulated firms that need dedicated UK numbers for FCA-compliant call archiving.
- Anyone needing 1,000+ UK numbersIf you'd be allocating in bulk, this is your tier — even if your model isn't on the list above.
Four steps to live.
- 01Ring or email usTell us what your platform does, expected volume, where you want inbound delivered. 20-minute call. No application form, no qualification gates.
- 02We provision your pool the same/next working dayOur team adds the 5,000 numbers to your account manually, configures SIP delivery to the IP address of your gateway, and emails you the live list. Most platforms are taking inbound calls within one working day. No portal to learn, no engineering sprint.
- 03Use the REST API for ongoing changesAllocate from the pool, release numbers back, change a number's routing destination — all from your code. API-key auth, JSON over HTTPS, sensible rate limits. Docs at /developers; we'll walk you through the endpoints during onboarding.
- 04We invoice monthly via BACSFirst invoice the day you go live, then monthly. 10-day payment terms. Need more numbers above 5,000? Ring us, we'll talk volume.
Same pool. Same job. Four bills.
We compare against the only other wholesalers who publish a price. The UK incumbents (Gamma, BT Wholesale, aql, Magrathea, Aloha, VoiceHost) keep their wholesale rates “on application” — you have to book a call to find out. We don’t.
Simwood figures from their Carrier Services pricing (Startup tier: 50p/number/mo, £500/mo account minimum, £3/trunk/mo beyond the first, £1/mo per number-level config — simwood.com; checked 20 Oct 2026). Twilio figures from their published UK Voice pricing ($3.50 per local number per month plus per-minute inbound, converted at an illustrative ~$1.27/£; volume discounts at scale — twilio.com/en-us/voice/pricing/gb; checked 20 Oct 2026). Telnyx figures from their published number pricing (first 50 at $1/mo, next 200 at $0.79, next 750 at $0.50, next 4,000 at $0.39: $2,143/mo for 5,000 numbers, converted at an illustrative ~$1.27/£; rates may vary by destination — telnyx.com/pricing/numbers; checked 20 Oct 2026). NumberGroup Wholesale is inbound only. 0800/0808 inbound carries BT Wholesale’s origination charge, which we pass through at the wholesale rate we pay; geographic and 03 inbound delivered to SIP or your IP is free.
The detail your network team will ask for.
Wholesale Membership is a real carrier relationship. Here's the substance — interconnect, security, redundancy, fraud controls, SLAs and porting — written for the engineer signing it off, not the marketing page.

Things people ask before signing.
- What kind of numbers do we allocate?UK geographic (01/02), UK-wide (03), and freephone (0800/0808). All allocated fresh from ranges we hold directly with Ofcom — not via a wholesale intermediary. Memorable numbers aren't part of the wholesale pool; if you need specific memorables they're available separately.
- How is 0800 / 0808 inbound billed?Geographic (01/02) and 03 inbound to your SIP endpoint are free — there's no per-minute B-leg, you collect a tiny termination rebate, and the £999 covers it. Freephone is different: BT Wholesale charges us an origination fee for every minute of inbound 0800/0808 traffic, so we pass that fee through at the rate they bill us — itemised on your monthly invoice, no markup. That keeps £999 flat while heavy-freephone customers pay only for what they actually use.
- Why inbound only?Because outbound is where almost all telecom fraud lives — dial-through attacks, premium-rate abuse, junk-call generation. By offering inbound only we eliminate the entire fraud category, which is what lets us price this affordably. Most platforms we serve don't need outbound anyway; their customers use their own outbound services.
- Can we port in existing numbers from another carrier?Yes. We handle the porting, pass through BT's wholesale porting fee at cost. End-user portability rights still apply — the numbers can be ported back out if your end customer requests it.
- What's the contract term?Monthly rolling, 30-day notice to end. No minimum term, no exit fee. Same approach as our end-customer Membership — we'd rather you stay because the product works than because the contract makes leaving expensive.
- What's your SLA and response time?UK business hours: response is immediate — you ring, an engineer answers. Out-of-hours: response within 10 minutes for anything affecting live traffic. No tiered ticketing. The number you get on day one is the number that picks up at 3am if something is on fire.
- What's your actual uptime?Approximately 40 minutes of unplanned downtime in 10 years across our carrier platform — real measured figure, not a marketing line. Active-active SBC clusters across two geographically diverse UK data centres (primary site Tier-3-designed, ISO 27001 / 9001 / 14001, N+1 cooling, multi-MW UPS with on-site generators; automatic failover to a second London-region site). Dedicated fibre into BT Wholesale IPX POPs, BGP-multihomed across Tier-1 transit, with encrypted off-site config and CDR backups replicated to AWS. Specific data centre locations and operator names are withheld for security; available under NDA.
- What happens to a released number?Quarantined for 6 months before re-allocation. That's deliberately longer than Ofcom mandates — it stops the new owner from inheriting calls intended for the previous owner, which is a common complaint with carriers that recycle numbers fast.
- What if we need more than 5,000 numbers?Ring us. Bulk pricing scales — we've supplied platforms running tens of thousands of numbers. We won't quote here because volume terms vary; the answer is always a phone call.
- Can we resell the numbers as our own?Yes. You're free to resell, white-label, embed in your platform. We're the carrier behind the numbers but your customers see your brand. Standard wholesale arrangement.
- How do you actually allocate the numbers?Manually, when your account opens. Our team adds the 5,000-number block to our backend, points every number at your gateway IP, and emails you the live list — usually within one working day of the first invoice clearing. Most platforms are taking inbound calls before any engineering work starts on their side. After go-live, you use the REST API for ongoing changes — allocate, release, change routing — or ring us if you'd rather we do it.
- What's the API like?REST with JSON. Allocate numbers, release numbers, fetch number metadata, set or change the SIP destination per number, list your pool. API-key auth, rate-limited sensibly. Docs supplied when you go live; we'll show you the endpoints during the setup call if you want to evaluate first.
- How do you bill?Month one is £999 via Stripe — card payment, so you can start straight from the website. From month two onwards we move you onto Direct Debit / BACS with 10-day terms, set up by the team during onboarding. Monthly invoice for the £999 base plus any agreed bulk-uplift above 5,000 numbers.
