Cookies
Effective 1 November 2026. This page explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on numbergroup.com, on our Call IQ customer portal (portal.numbergroup.ai) and on our MCP access service (mcp.numbergroup.ai), and how to control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. The short version
We don’t use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or cross-site trackers. The only cookies we set are the ones needed to make the site and our customer services actually work — keeping you signed in, holding your basket together, protecting against fraud at checkout, and securing sign-in to the Call IQ portal and MCP service. Under UK PECR these are “strictly necessary” cookies and don’t require consent.
That’s why you don’t see a cookie banner. There’s nothing optional to consent to.
2. What we set

Call IQ portal and MCP access (portal.numbergroup.ai, mcp.numbergroup.ai)
The portal and MCP access service are for signed-in customers only. Sign-in is handled by Cloudflare Access (part of Cloudflare, our network and security provider): you enter your email address and Cloudflare sends you a one-time code or link. These cookies are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure.

When an AI assistant (for example Claude or ChatGPT) connects to our MCP service on your behalf, it uses a sign-in token rather than a browser cookie. The AI assistant’s own cookies and data handling are governed by that provider’s terms, not ours.
3. What we don’t set
- No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or other ad-network trackers.
- No third-party marketing or retargeting cookies.
- No session-replay or heatmap tooling (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.).
- No fingerprinting or device-identification scripts.
If that ever changes, we’ll add a proper consent banner before setting anything non-essential — not the other way around.
4. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. Doing so will sign you out and empty your basket, but the site will otherwise still work. Browser instructions:
