We provide UK phone numbers — 0800, 03, London, and every other area code — and the systems behind them, so calls reach the right person every time. Voicemail, IVR, call recording, routing, softphones, desk phones, SIP for your PBX — it's all here, built around the same supply chain the big operators use.
Most of our customers are small and medium UK businesses. A few are much larger. We treat them all the same way: a friendly, dedicated team that picks up the phone, knows your account, and personally manages your calls so your customers can always reach you.
Our network
Every call we handle runs on our own IT network.
All inbound and outbound calls are received and delivered through our own IT network, connected directly to the regulated wholesale market. That means carrier-grade call quality, the same routing and signalling the UK's biggest operators use, and no third-party reseller sitting between us and the call.
When something needs a configuration change, we make it. When a port needs chasing, we chase it. When something goes wrong on the wider telecom network, we usually know about it before our customers do — and you get a straight answer from the team that runs the platform, not a scripted helpdesk.
The team

The people who answer the phone here have been building call centres, running customer helplines, and writing telecom software for over thirty years between them. That's the same team that sets up your account, ports your numbers, and looks after your calls day-to-day.

How we run the business
Here to serve you, not to squeeze every possible pound.
We don't do long-term contracts that force customers to stay. We don't have a sales team that chases new logos. We don't have a debt-collection department. We don't have a legal department breathing down your neck.

We're an Ofcom-licensed UK Communications Provider. Our number ranges are allocated to us directly by Ofcom and our signalling runs via BT Wholesale's IPEX platform.

How we grow
We don't market.
No paid adverts, no SEO budget, no sales reps, no outbound calls. The business has grown since 2010 entirely on existing Members recommending us to other business owners.
