Luna PBX: the NumberGroup softphone for mobile and desktop

Luna PBX is our own softphone — the easiest way to make and receive calls on your NumberGroup number without any hardware or SIP setup. Install it on your phone or computer, log in, and your business line rings wherever you are. It's included with Membership, and there's nothing to configure: the app sets itself up for you.

On your phone — iPhone & Android

Download the app, then scan a QR code from your account and it configures itself — no username, password or SIP settings to type in. Calls come through on HD voice, and it uses push notifications so it can sit in the background all day without draining your battery.

On your computer — Windows & Mac

Prefer to take calls at your desk? Luna PBX runs on Windows and macOS too, with the same easy setup. Download the version for your computer:

Not sure which Mac you have? Newer Macs (2020 onwards) use Apple Silicon; older ones use Intel — click the Apple menu → About This Mac to check. Stuck on any of it? Give us a shout or call 0800 310 1010and we'll help.

You'll need an internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) for the app to make and receive calls, and an existing NumberGroup hosted PBX account — if you're a Member, that's already you.

New to Luna PBX? Drop us a line or call 0800 310 1010 and we'll switch on app access for your account, then walk you through the QR-code login. It takes a couple of minutes and there's nothing technical to set up at your end.
